- Trevor Morrison Added January 18, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I woke up on a Wednesday morning in a severe amount of back pain, could hardly walk. Struggled to work, was recommended by a colleague to go to Back in Motion, Hampstead Gardens.
Santosh was brilliant, had a series of 5 appointments over 10 days, massage, ultrasound, heat therapy and some exercises i was much better after 3 days, and pain free after 5, and back umpiring football the following week. Diagnosed as a sprained disc and Santosh has prescribed an ongoing training routine to follow to prevent any future occurrences.
Would definitely recommend, BUPA Preferred supplier, so ~$20 a visit.
